Enjoyable Glare
Today, I'm staying at home. I'm sick. And at this very moment I am experiencing an enjoyable glare. Glare is known to be a discomfortable situation in indoor environment. But if you are away from your virtual window at office and laying back at your chair in front of your real window at home, there is nothing more enjoyable than a direct strong ray of sun hovering in the room and touching your eyes and skin. I love glare some times.

Rays and In-betweenness
some scenes are hard to describe as they are extensively sensuous. they create a multi-sensory experience which is visual, kinesthetic, auditory and olfactory. they are at the same time timeless, capturing the decay in present and future. all in all is an experience that is appreciated and pleasant. Rays of light falling on the fog is an image that for me talks about all these feelings and senses and memories. it creates a space in-between that is not reproducible but agreeable.

Light & Architecture

Eriksberg is a New residential area located in west Göteborg (Gothenburg)in Sweden facing the sea. There was a competitipn in 2007 on lighting layout of the whole area including a big crane. The lughting architecture office Ljusarkitrktur AB, my office at the time was one of the participants. I was in the design team of the competition. We won the design of crane and the sounding area. I then left Ljusarkitektur but the result was lit two years later and I took some pictures later on which I'm gonna share now.
